Rules:


There is a strict 5 mph speed limit throughout the resort for the safety of our guests. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a warning and multiple infractions will result in expulsion from the resort without a refund.
  
Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash when not in your RV or the dog park. You are responsible for picking up all pet waste and we limit the number of pets to two per RV during your stay.

Pet fences, appliances, outdoor storage units and indoor furniture are not allowed outside your RV at any time.

All utility trailers, ATVs, boats, etc. must be parked in the designated storage area (
additional fee) and are not allowed to be parked at your site at any time.

Parking in a site you are not currently renting will result in a fine
equal to one night's stay as this presents a safety issue for our guests who may be checking into those spots after hours.

Use of the grilling area requires a $25 cash deposit. Once you have cleaned the grill/smoker, your deposit will be returned to you. Please see the office for availability.

All sites must be kept clean and clutter free. This includes garbage, totes, bikes, furniture, etc. Our goal is to ensure the resort remains beautiful for all our guests.

We have a 10 year rule for all long term guests. If your rig is older than 10 years, it must be approved by management prior to booking your site. This only applies to monthly guests.

**Pet Restrictions:  No bully breeds. Anyone with a pet that shows any sign of aggression will be asked to leave
without a refund.

Parking is not permitted in the rocks, on the patio or in the road. Failure to comply with this will result in a ticket warning. Parking in a site that is not currently being rented by you will result in your vehicle being towed at the owner's expense as this presents a safety issue for guest arriving after hours
.

There is a
$100 cash electric deposit required for all monthly guests upon arrival. This will be returned upon check-out minus any electric charges.

There is a
$200 cash damage deposit required for all daily/weekly cottage rentals upon check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out after an inspection is completed verifying there are no missing or damaged items in your cottage.


There is a $400 cash damage deposit required for all monthly cottage rentals and any cottage rental with pets upon check-in. Pets are limited to cats and dogs 25 pounds or less. Pet-friendly cabins are limited and are available on a first come, first serve basis. This deposit will be returned at check-out after an inspection is completed verifying there are no missing or damaged items in your cottage.


Cottages do NOT include bedding or towels. If you are renting a cottage, please be informed that you must provide bedding and towels for your unit. Bedding/towels are available for rent with advance notice on a first come, first serve basis. (
additional cost)


If there is an emergency, please call 911. Staff is not capable of providing emergency services or physical assistance for liability reasons. Thanks in advance for your cooperation and understanding.


Major automotive repair is not allowed to be performed onsite. Anything more than an oil change or simple maintenance is prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in fines or expulsion from the resort without refund.


Mail forwarding is no longer available for long term residents who are leaving. If you are planning to leave the resort please ensure that your address is changed with your creditors as mail sent to non-residents will be returned to sender.


Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area. You are permitted to have alcoholic beverages however, they must be contained in a can or plastic cup for the safety of all our guests. Failure to comply with this rule will result in us asking you to leave the pool area.


Children under the age of 13 years must have adult supervision when using the pool area. We take our guest's safety very seriously and want all children to be safe while enjoying the amenities.

Sorry we do not allow tents of any kind.

**Management reserves the right to change rules at any time.

Reservations made online are only processed during normal office hours and can take up to 24 hours from submission to completion. You will receive a confirmation Email once processed.
