CANCELLATION POLICY:

To cancel your reservation, you MUST CALL Admiralty RV Resort during business hours at least by noon the day prior to your scheduled arrival date.  If you fail to cancel according to this policy you will be charged a single day visit with NO discounts.

*By Submitting this Reservation Request Online you are Committing to Your reservation and are  Responsible for Updating Admiralty RV Resort for date changes or cancellation; You also agree that you will provide full Credit Card Information should we contact you regarding this Reservation. **** WE WILL CONTACT ALL ONLINE RESRVATIONS THAT ARE DATED FOR MAJOR HOLIDAYS AND PEAK SEASON.  If we can not contact you your reservation will be cancelled.

Rules

Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash when not in your RV or the dog park. You are responsible to pick up all pet waste.


Pet fences, appliances, outdoor storage units and indoor furniture are not allowed outside your RV at any time.


All utility trailers, ATVs, boats, etc. must be parked in the designated storage area (additional fee) and are not allowed to be parked at your site.

There is a strictly enforced 5 mph speed limit through our resort. This is for the safety of all our residents, pets and children. Failure to abide by this speed limit may result in you being asked to leave the park. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.


Parking in a site you are not currently renting will result in a fine. This presents a safety issue for our guests who may be checking into those spots after hours.


Use of the grilling area requires a $25 cash deposit. Once you have cleaned the grill/smoker, your deposit will be returned to you. Please see the office for availability.


All sites must be kept clean and clutter free. This includes garbage, totes, bikes, etc. Our goal is to ensure the resort remains beautiful for all our guests.


We have a 10 year rule for all long term guests. If your rig is older than 10 years, it must be approved by management prior to booking your site.


**Pet Restrictions:  No bully breeds. Anyone with a pet that shows any sign of aggression will be asked to leave without a refund.


Parking is not permitted in the rocks, on the patio or in the road. Failure to comply with this will result in a ticket warning. Multiple warnings will result in a fine.


There is a $100 cash electric deposit required for all monthly guests upon arrival. This will be returned upon check-out minus any electric charges.


There is a $200 cash damage deposit for all cottages upon check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out.


All monthly reservations require a $100 non-refundable deposit via cash/credit card at the time of booking in order to secure your site.


Cottages do not include bedding or towels. If you are renting a cottage please be informed that you must provide bedding and towels for your unit. Bedding/towels are available for rent with advance notice on a first come/ first served basis. 

Sorry we do not allow tents.


**Management reserves the right to change rules at any time.

Reservations made online are only processed during normal office hours and can take up to 24 hours from submission to completion. You will receive a confirmation Email once processed.
